Option 1: Receive 1% of the “eligible nightly rate” on qualified properties for the first three years (paid monthly).

Option 2: One-time referral fee of $500 for any property with an average nightly rate of $800 or less. One-time referral fee of $1000 for any property with an average nightly rate over $800.
