Welcome to Cabaña de Playa, an airy two-bedroom cottage where relaxed coastal living meets tasteful sophistication. Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a charming courtyard—a welcoming, sun-drenched space with lounge chairs, perfect for soaking up California’s idyllic weather. Inside, the open-concept layout is bathed in natural light and brimming with charm. Intricate exposed ceiling beams, a cozy fireplace, coastal-inspired artwork, and playful tilework all add warmth and character to the home. The modern kitchen, featuring a generous center island with seating for four, flows effortlessly into the spacious living and dining area, making it an inviting hub for cooking, gathering, and conversation.
The two light-filled bedrooms each offer a stylish sanctuary, with soft sand-toned hues, curated artwork, and ample space to settle in comfortably. In between the bedrooms, a spa-like bathroom entices with detailed tilework and an oversized shower with multiple shower heads, adding style and function.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to spend a weekend at Cabaña de Playa in May 2025. This place is tucked away, almost hidden, in a small, quiet street in Montecito, yet conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The property features a total of six newly remodeled units, which is an excellent setup for hosting family gatherings or a small, intimate wedding – it is that stunning! Our cabaña was a two-bedroom, one-bath unit, with air conditioning, heating, and a working fireplace. The layout is beautiful, feeling elegant yet comfortable, and the details are well thought out. Our unit also had a back patio with a nice BBQ, a setting for outdoor dining, and a front patio with lounge chairs. Each unit has its own enclosed patio, providing plenty of privacy. We came away feeling very relaxed. Highly recommended!
