1. Sponsor. This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Wanderlust Luxury Rentals, located at 1290 Coast Village Road, Suite 250, Santa Barbara, CA 93108 ("Sponsor").
2. Instagram Disclaimer. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta platforms, Inc. from any and all liability related to this Giveaway.
3. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including California law.
4. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins on March 27, 2026 and ends on May 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer shall be the official timekeeping device.
5. How to Enter. To enter, participants must post a comment on the designated Giveaway post on Sponsor’s Instagram account (@wanderlustluxuryrentals) during the Entry Period. Each unique comment constitutes one (1) entry.
No purchase, payment, or other consideration is required to enter or win.
Additional actions such as following the account, liking the post, or tagging friends may be suggested but are not required and will not increase the odds of winning.
Entries that are incomplete, automated, generated by script, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about May 29, 2026.
The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within forty-eight (48) hours of selection. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release.
7. Prize. The winner will receive one (1) complimentary three (3) night stay at “Miramar Tides,” an oceanfront vacation rental located on Miramar Beach in Montecito, California.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): The ARV will vary depending on the dates selected and seasonal pricing but is estimated for reporting purposes at the time of award.
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner if required by law.
8. Prize Conditions and Property Policies.The prize is subject to the following conditions:

The stay must be redeemed by December 31, 2026.

Reservations are subject to availability and blackout dates, including holidays and peak periods as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Maximum occupancy is four (4) adult guests.

The property is not suitable for minors and is restricted to guests eighteen (18) years of age or older due to safety considerations and property design.

No animals are permitted, except for legally required service animals in compliance with applicable law, including California law.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly included, including but not limited to transportation, meals, insurance, and incidental costs.

The winner must agree to Sponsor’s standard rental agreement and policies, which include a requirement to provide a valid credit card for incidental charges or damages.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
9. Publicity Release (California Compliant)
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
California Residents: By entering, entrants waive any rights under California Civil Code Section 1542, which states:
“A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release…”
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices. Sponsor will not sell or share personal information for marketing purposes without consent, consistent with applicable California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion is prohibited under California law.
12. Dispute Resolution; Choice of Law; Venue
Choice of Law: This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Venue: Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Dispute Resolution: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts identified above.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries or communications.
If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
