1. Sponsor. This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Wanderlust Luxury Rentals, located at 1290 Coast Village Road, Suite 250, Santa Barbara, CA 93108 ("Sponsor").

2. Instagram Disclaimer. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability related to this Giveaway.

3. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Wanderlust Luxury Rentals and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins on Friday, March 27, 2026 and ends on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. Entries submitted outside this window will not be considered.

5. How to Enter. To enter, leave a comment on the designated Giveaway post on @wanderlustluxuryrentals during the Entry Period. Each unique comment counts as one (1) entry. Participation is entirely voluntary. No purchase, payment, or obligation of any kind is required.

6. Winner Selection and Notification. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around Friday, May 29, 2026. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of selection. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The winner may be announced publicly on Sponsor's Instagram account.

Once the winner has been confirmed, the Wanderlust Luxury Rentals team will coordinate the reservation directly with the winner via email and/or phone. All bookings are subject to availability and the conditions outlined in Section 8.

7. Prize. The winner will receive a complimentary three (3) night stay at Miramar Tides, an oceanfront vacation rental located on Miramar Beach in Montecito, California. The property features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 4 guests.

Approximate retail value of the prize will vary based on the dates selected and seasonal pricing. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes related to the prize.

8. Prize Conditions and Property Policies. The stay is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The stay must be redeemed by December 31, 2026.

  2. The stay is subject to availability. Blackout dates apply, including all major holidays and peak periods as determined by the Sponsor.

  3. The property accommodates a maximum of four (4) adult guests per stay.

  4. Miramar Tides is designed and furnished exclusively for adult guests. The property does not include childproofing, child-appropriate furnishings, or safety features suitable for minors. For this reason, guests under the age of 18 are unable to be accommodated at this property.

  5. In keeping with the property's established policies and to maintain the home for future guests, Miramar Tides does not accommodate animals of any kind, with the exception of service animals as required by law.

  6. The stay is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other substitute.

  7. The winner is responsible for all travel, transportation, meals, and any other expenses not expressly included in the prize.

  8. The winner must agree to and abide by Wanderlust Luxury Rentals' standard rental terms and conditions, available at wanderlustluxuryrentals.com/terms-and-conditions.

  9. A valid credit card will be required at the time of booking to be held on file for incidental charges, damages, or any fees incurred during the stay, in accordance with Wanderlust Luxury Rentals' standard reservation policies.

9. Privacy. Any personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

11. General. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time for any reason. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
